ICU RN – Night Shift

Shift: Night, 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Contract Duration: 18 weeks

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Stockbridge, GA

Scrubs: Navy blue

About the Role

Clinical Scope

You'll care for patients with complex diagnoses including ARDS, sepsis, acute stroke, STEMI, DKA, post-operative complications, cardiogenic shock, GI bleed, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, liver failure, drug overdose, and ESRD on CRRT. Required clinical competencies include:

• Mechanical ventilation and airway management (ETT/NT suctioning)
• Central line care and management
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Acute stroke care (CVA protocols)
• CVVHD/CRRT monitoring
• Post-cardiac and post-neurosurgery patient management
• High-flow nasal cannula therapy

Requirements

• License: RN with GA or compact license
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience (first-time travelers considered)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required before start
• Schedule: Every other weekend; floating within scope required; no block scheduling guaranteed
• Time Off: Maximum 7 days RTO per contract; must be finalized at submission
