Emergency Department RN — Travel Contract

Napa, CA | 26-Week Contract | Mid/Variable Shift

This travel RN opportunity places you in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving a broad patient population spanning neonates through geriatrics. The ED manages a strong daily census with variable acuity, making it a well-rounded assignment for experienced emergency nurses.

Shift & Schedule

• Mid/variable shift, 12-hour days; start times of 10:00, 11:00, or 12:00 (some shifts may begin at 15:00 or 19:00)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirement
• Candidates must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO must be submitted at the time of application; post-offer requests may not be granted

Required Certifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC

Experience & Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience required (at least 1 year of travel experience preferred)
• First-time travelers considered
• Local candidates (within 50 miles) accepted
• Compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted
• 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start

• Scrub color: Solid Royal Blue
• Float to nearby sister facilities may be required; refusal may result in contract termination
• Guaranteed hours subject to one call-off per two-week pay period
