Clinical Research Nurse – Oncology
Position Overview
Join the Clinical Research department as a Clinical Research Nurse supporting oncology and Phase I clinical trials. You'll work with a dedicated team focused on advancing cancer research while providing direct patient care and coordination within a structured research environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: Monday–Friday, 5×8 hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No weekends
- 26-week contract
- Block schedule accommodated
What You'll Do
- Manage approximately 8 patients per day with roughly 4 visits daily
- Conduct patient assessments, education, and monitoring within clinical trial protocols
- Coordinate care and communicate with the interdisciplinary research team
- Support Phase I oncology trial activities
Requirements
- License: Current New Jersey RN license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a registered nurse
- Preferred: Clinical Research Nurse or Clinical Research Coordinator background; oncology research and Phase I trial experience
