About the Role
You'll deliver direct patient care on the facility's medical-surgical unit during night shifts. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, documenting care in the medical record, and communicating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Night shift nursing offers a unique opportunity to work with a smaller team and build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. You'll develop clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and compassion.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Current BLS certification
- Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
