Travel RN – Orthopedics | Denver, CO | 13-Week Contract

This orthopedic/neuro unit cares for post-surgical patients following total joint replacements (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine procedures. The unit maintains a collaborative, high-engagement culture and is known for strong teamwork and positive patient outcomes — travelers are welcomed as full members of the team.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period

Patient Population & Scope

• Post-operative orthopedic and neurosurgical patients
• Common procedures: total joint arthroplasty (knee, hip, shoulder), spine surgery
• Orthopedic equipment in use includes immobilizers, braces, and cold therapy devices

Requirements

• Active RN license (Colorado or compact)
• BLS required
• Solid Med/Surg experience required
• Ortho/Spine experience preferred
• ACLS preferred
