Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract assignment beginning November 1, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Call: No call responsibilities
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

What You'll Need

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, plus the following credentials prior to onboarding:

• MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B, and Influenza Vaccine
• Two-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Fit test
• EPLS certification
• Background check clearance
• Valid driver's license/state ID

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a healthcare team in a permanent vacant position. You'll provide direct patient care within the facility's therapy services, working alongside licensed physical therapists to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services.
