Operating Room – Registered Nurse
Position Overview
The facility's operating room is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic, multi-specialty surgical team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment managing a diverse range of procedures with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and clinical excellence.
Shift & Schedule
- Days: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Contract: 13 weeks
- On-call required: Weekly, plus one weekend per month
- No floating
Clinical Scope
The OR handles open, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures including:
- General surgery (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, bariatrics)
- Orthopedic surgery (total knees/hips, trauma cases)
- Gynecologic procedures (hysterectomies, tubal ligations)
- Emergent interventions across multiple specialties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years OR nursing experience in orthopedics, general surgery, urology, or gynecology
- Current RN license
- BSN preferred
- Cobalt blue scrubs

What We're Looking For
Experience with ENT, vascular (non-cardiac), or pediatric procedures is a plus.
