Emergency Room RN — Denton, TX

13-Week Contract | 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM | 36 Guaranteed Hours

This 13-week contract places you in a busy, fast-paced Emergency Department providing care across a broad range of acuity levels, from minor emergencies to high-acuity trauma and stroke presentations. The unit operates around the clock and expects clinicians who are confident, experienced, and adaptable.

Shift Details

• Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; every other weekend required
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Call requirements apply

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (no temporary licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Prior HCA facility experience required
• BLS, ACLS required
• PALS or ENPC required
• TNCC required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification required

Dress Code

• Royal Blue scrubs
• No artificial, gel, or next-gen nails
• Hair neat and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Visible piercings limited to ears only
• Tattoos should be covered when feasible

Additional Details

• Floating may be required as needed
• Attendance policies strictly enforced

Candidates without all required certifications and experience will not be considered.
