About the Role
We're seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. You'll provide direct surgical support in a fast-paced environment, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts, and executing physician and nursing orders with precision.
As the primary coordinator across surgical disciplines, you'll assess patient needs, communicate clearly about patient condition, and contribute to discharge planning coordination with the healthcare team. This role requires strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure setting while following Standard Precautions.
What You'll Work With
- Orthopedic, neuro, robotic-assisted, and ENT surgical cases
- Complex procedures requiring extensive technical knowledge
- Multidisciplinary surgical teams
Requirements
- NBSTSA Certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
- Strong experience in orthopedic and neurological surgery
- Demonstrated expertise with robotic-assisted procedures across multiple specialties
- ENT surgical experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment
Shift & Contract Details
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 8, 2026
- Location: Tulsa, OK
