Night Shift Radiology Technologist
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract on the night shift. You'll work four 10-hour shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of permanent radiology technologist experience
- Active radiology certification (no pending items)
- Permanent Ohio license or compact license (for starts after 01/01/23)
- One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director required
- BLS certification
- Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
- Negative background check with no open cases or license hits
- Negative 10-panel drug screen (including nicotine) required within 12 months of start; updated annually
What to Expect
- No on-call or weekend rotation requirements
- Strict no-call policy in place
- Onsite badging and fingerprinting prior to start date
- Required facility orientation and competency modules
- Potential to extend for up to 18 months; 6-month break required thereafter
Compliance Notes
- Background check and fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions available)
- Only one active job submission allowed within this health system at a time
