This float pool RN position supports multiple units across the facility on a night shift schedule. Candidates must be clinically versatile and comfortable adapting to varying patient populations and acuity levels.
Shift & Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call required
- No block scheduling — full flexibility required
- Major holidays may be required based on how many fall within the assignment period

Contract Details
- Duration: 14 weeks
- Start date: November 2026
- Maximum RTO: 7 days per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
- Georgia RN license or compact license required at time of submission
- Local candidates accepted
Required Certifications
- ACLS, BLS
Required Clinical Skills
- ICU experience required
- Arterial line and central line management
- BiPAP/CPAP and ventilator care
- Dysrhythmia management
- Vasoactive and cardiac drip titration
- IV insertion and maintenance
- ETT/NT suctioning
- Isolation precautions/PPE
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- First-time travelers accepted
Compliance
- Core onboarding items must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- All compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start date
- Full compliance required to begin on time; late submissions may result in a two-week start delay
