Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) — Travel Contract | Lithonia, GA
This 13-week night shift contract places a Registered Respiratory Therapist across adult clinical areas including medical/surgical floors, the Emergency Department, and an ICU managing high-acuity pulmonary patients. No pediatric assignments.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week)
- Guaranteed hours with overtime threshold
Clinical Scope
- Primary diagnoses include COPD, asthma, and COVID-19
- Ventilator management across ICU and floor settings
- High-flow oxygen therapy and non-invasive positive pressure support (BiPAP)
- ED respiratory response as needed
Requirements
- Active RRT credential (required)
- Georgia respiratory therapy license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adult respiratory care
