Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technologist

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join a busy interventional cardiovascular program. You'll work in a modern 3-room suite performing cardiac, interventional radiology, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule & Contract

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (4 x 10-hour days)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• On-Call: 1–2 days per week
• Weekend Coverage: 1 weekend per month
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Clinical Scope

You'll assist with a wide variety of procedures including:

• Cardiac catheterizations and interventions
• Interventional radiology (IR) cases
• Vascular procedures
• Electrophysiology (EP) cases

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Texas Magnetic Resonance Technologist (MRT) license (required for radiological equipment operation in Texas)
• Strong clinical foundation in critical care, ICU, emergency, or interventional lab settings preferred
