Emergency Department RN | Houston, TX | 13-Week Contract

The facility's Emergency Department is seeking an experienced RN for a long-term travel assignment. This is an active, fast-paced ED environment requiring strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-acuity setting.

Shift & Schedule

• Evening/Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends required
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Contract Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: November 9, 2026

Clinical Scope

• Emergency assessment, , and intervention across a range of acuity levels
• Procedures include intubation and central line placement
• Supports patients requiring ventilator management and IV infusion therapy

Required Certifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC
• TNCC preferred — candidates with this certification will be prioritized

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated emergency department patient care experience
• Strong emergency response competency
• Team-oriented and adaptable approach to a dynamic care environment

• No floating required
• Scrubs: Royal Blue
• No on-call obligation noted beyond rotating weekends

Candidates without prior ED experience and current ACLS/BLS/PALS or ENPC certification will not be considered for this role.
