Emergency Department RN — Nashville, TN

Nights | 13-Week Contract

An Emergency Department RN is needed in Nashville, TN for a 13-week travel assignment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced ED clinician ready to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 4 x 10-hour nights (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 21, 2026

Role Overview

You'll work in a busy Emergency Department managing a diverse patient population across varying acuity levels — from urgent to critical presentations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with rapid assessment, stabilization, and the full scope of emergency nursing practice.

Requirements

• Active RN license (or compact license applicable to Tennessee)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ED experience (travel assignment experience preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• TNCC and/or CEN preferred

This position is well-suited for a confident, adaptable ED nurse who thrives in a high-volume setting and can hit the ground running with minimal orientation.
