MRI Technologist – 13-Week Contract
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. You'll work day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) performing both contrast and non-contrast MRI scans in a busy imaging department.
About the Role
This is a hands-on imaging position where you'll operate MRI equipment and work with diverse patient populations. The department handles a high volume of studies and values efficiency, accuracy, and strong patient communication.
Requirements
- Current MRI Certification (required)
- MRI Registry credential (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
- Breast MRI experience is preferred and will be considered a plus
What to Expect
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, day shift
- Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekends: Rotating weekend coverage required
- Dress Code: Black scrubs
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 28, 2026
