CT Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week night assignment. You'll perform a comprehensive range of CT exams across multiple clinical areas and may serve as a lead, assisting with staff training and mentoring as needed.
Shift & Schedule
- Nights: 23:00–07:30 (5 shifts per week, 8 hours each)
- Every other weekend required
- Call coverage: As needed
Clinical Scope
You'll work with adolescent through geriatric patients, performing exams including:
- Code stroke and CTA protocols
- Abdomen, pelvis, chest, and cardiac imaging
- CT-guided biopsies and drainage procedures
- Spine, musculoskeletal, and extremity studies
- Head/neck imaging, brain perfusion, and colonography
- CT arthrography and myelography
- Multiplanar reconstruction and radiation therapy planning
Requirements
- Licenses & Certifications: Active California license, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), ARRT Advanced Certificate, BLS
- Experience: Demonstrated competency in CT procedures listed above; IV access; outpatient/inpatient and ER settings
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with systems (required—no exceptions); PACS; contrast protocols
- Advanced EKG Exam: 80% minimum passing score (onsite; two attempts permitted)
