House Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: Arcata, CA
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
The facility is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for the night shift. In this leadership role, you'll oversee hospital operations after hours, supporting nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and managing incident response across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing and clinical staff during night operations
- Coordinate care delivery and resource allocation
- Respond to code situations and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for the night shift
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP preferred)
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start date
