Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a telemetry unit. You'll monitor cardiac patients, manage acute care needs, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Schedule & Contract
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 62 weeks guaranteed hours
- Start date: November 16, 2026
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
- Current Georgia or compact state RN license
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required
- IV insertion and PICC line experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Willingness to float to other departments as needed
Location
Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
What You'll Do
Monitor and assess cardiac patients on telemetry, manage lines and catheters, administer medications, document care in the EHR, and respond to patient changes. You may float to other departments based on facility needs.
