Licensing & Credential Requirements
North Carolina
An active, unencumbered RN license is required for travel Peds positions. North Carolina is a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. RNs holding a multistate compact license issued by their home state can practice in North Carolina without obtaining a separate state license. BLS certification is universally required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required depending on the unit and facility. Verify specific requirements with your recruiter.
Iowa
